Upstairs in the homestead are two rooms: One smaller room and one larger room. These rooms can be used for bridal preparation, conferences, meetings or private dining. There is also a beautiful bathroom to complete upstairs, with both a shower and spa bath to meet your requirements.
Downstairs in the Homestead is one larger room. This is most suited to smaller group funtions, dinner parties or larger meetings and conferences.

The GardenDaltons Plantation will showcase new plants, products and different garden styles to the gardening public in a 10 acre development adjacent to Daltons operating site in Matamata.
Utilising the design skills of one of New Zealand’s leading garden designers, Xanthe White, Daltons plantation will showcase up to twenty ‘garden rooms’ highlighting different garden styles in a constantly changing and diverse mix of plants and landscaping themes.
* The Courtyard, in front of the homestead with family and friends standing or seated. The Homestead, this is more suited to a smaller and more intimate ceremony as space inside the homestead is limited for guests.
* The Japanese Garden, this is a multi level garden that is newly planted and is ideal for a small and intimate situation with very unique surroundings including a stunning water feature.
* The Lawn Vista, this is a most popular venue for bigger events and has enough space to accommodate any number of guests. The Lawn Vista is beautiful in its own entity or a marquee to ensure no worries with the weather enter your day
