The Event


Thank you to everyone for their participation in making the first Cambridge Garden Festival
in 2018 a wonderful day. We sold 998 tickets and raised just under $30,000 for our chosen charities. 

The gardens are all confirmed for this years garden festival on Sunday 24th November 2019.

We have 11 gardens, 2 favourites from last year, 2 new 'Art in the Garden' and 7 new gardens.

Tickets go on sale on Friday 16th August at 9am 
at, Cambridge Jewellers and Amber Garden Centre.

Event Details

The November 24 event will run from 9am to 4.30pm.
Buy Tickets and Lunches
You will be able to buy tickets for the 2019 Cambridge Garden Festival from our website or in person at Cambridge Jewellers or Amber Garden Centre.
Tickets purchased from the website will be posted to you.
Tickets this year are strictly limited - so get in quick to get your tickets before they sell out.
Please ensure that you park politely, so that other traffic can comfortably get past you, and that you are not blocking any driveways or streets.
Food Available
We are planning to have refreshments available at four or more gardens this year.
Wheelchair Access
Most of the properties will be wheelchair accessible.
Plants/Other Sales
There will be lots of plants for sale this year and we will have the Taste Waikato Cookbook Available to Purchase showcasing a tempting selection of the very best New Zealand foods and the people who produce them, Taste Waikato is the ultimate smorgasbord. An indispensable ‘go-to’ guide for foodies.

In addition, two ‘Art in the Garden’ gardens will have art for sale.
Guided Tours
You will also be given an opportunity to meet the owners and creators of
each garden and find out more about their design history and inspiration.
Other Facilities

A commercial enterprise growing lilies of all colours, scented or unscented, grown to provide New Zealand wide deliveries. A wonderful opportunity to see how they grow and view the development of new varieties and colours. 

Lilies by Blewden has been growing New Zealand's longest lasting lilies for almost 25 years. They are one of the largest lily growers in New Zealand and grow an extensive range of Asiatic, L/A, O/T, Longiflorum and Oriental Lilies. They supply quality focused florists, wholesalers and exporters throughout New Zealand.

Tickets are additional $10 per person and can be purchased along with your Cambridge Garden Festival Tickets.  There are limited numbers for each tour.
