Gardens to visit - Waiheke Garden Festival

Overview

Our next event will be the weekend of 9 & 10 November 2024.

This year’s festival includes gardens to view - set amongst the bush and the beaches of beautiful Waiheke.

There will be live music, local art for sale and delicious food and drinks to purchase at some of the gardens.

The festival has been running since 2001 and all proceeds go to the Jassy Dean Trust, which raises money for kids on the island with health needs.

The Gardener

Waiheke Garden Festival is the primary fundraiser for the Jassy Dean Trust, an organisation that supports sick children and their families on Waiheke Island. 100% of the proceeds from the Festival go to the Trust.

Parking
Suppose you are bringing a car from Auckland, email sponsorshipbookings@sealink.co.nz for the Special Garden Festival Car & driver + 3 passengers rate. Book early as spaces are limited. Wheelchair Access
Please note most of the gardens are not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs.
Dogs allowed?
No dogs allowed.
Food available?
Delicious food and drinks to purchase at some of the gardens.
Children allowed?
Children under the age of 14 years are free and welcome.
Toilets?
Only a few gardens have visitor toilets. Please check the map on this website or in the brochure for options.
